I think its wonderful that pizza chefs are trying harder to promote their trade, up-selling the humble pie.
I created ’Pizza Royale’, selling on Ebay for charity at �2150.00/ over $4,000 !
It was great for business at my restaurant, Bella Napoli in Glasgow,UK.
