I am sure Obama would not want to be seen as a big spender after criticising the republicans and their spending policies particularly in the area of defence where billions of dollars were spent on bombs in Iraq. I would assume he will try to be prudent because he knows the world is watching his every move. He wouldn’t be that naive.
