Ah, it is posted. Ok, so where is everyone else? Well it is Saturday so I guess out and about having fun. I do see that I meant to say ”move” to Cali.
Well, I am still looking at all of your stuff and sites, so I guess no questions yet. Oh, wait. Your on the born rich site so were you born rich or aquire through years of hard work and dedication? Need an apprentice? I would volunteer. Well, actually I could really use a paying job. Maybe you could let me know if you hear of a good one of those. Thanks.

Hi Mike, you seem to be quite adventurous (got it from your interests). Let me know one thing. Other than the “price tag” that you mention for most of the gadgets in your posts, what are the things you think can explain a gadget best to your readers in 2 or 3 lines?

Hi Mike, Hats off for your intripid and adventurous interests.

You’re a real geek mike... an inspiration to all bloggers like me, who everyday aspire to inherit the skills that you possess... though I may no nothing of you baring your writings...but they say it all. cheers mate.
I have been reading your writings for too too many years but I really enjoy the strange items you feature in your blog. I have been a subscriber to your newsletters and blog for a long time.
Q: Where do you find the time to sniff out some of the strange items that you feature in your blog?

Mike, I have read up on your stuff and I now have a legitimate question. Is it possible in todays world for a business to financially survive WITHOUT using the gadgets and technology out there? I know some may ask why one would do that but I was just curious. Okay, I have to add that your still a very hot geek of the week!

Hey Mike - cool geek? Yeah sure - you have the job I’ve allways wanted, so I guess you qualify...
I just noticed with interest your comment about ” Instablogs Publisher Nandini Maheshwari”. It just so happens that I am reading this from New Delhi. My first visit to India. Did I Zuleyka Rivera happened to be spending the night in the room below mine at the hotel here? Now who has the coolest job? Hu? Huh?
;)
Thanks for a cool newsletter and for saving us geeks from an uncool existence. Cheers m8!

Ok Mike - I guess I should have asked you a question for the interview. Firstly, how long have you been ”into computers”? What did you start on? Was it like some of us, one of those 8 bit Sinclair Spectrums? Or was it a valveomatic from days of yore? No, no, not trying to age you here...
It would be good to have a retro issue of Mike’s list some time - just for old times sake, where users own experiences and memories can be published as one big blog. Come to think of it, I am so old, blog was something done in the ”little room”... but we won’t go there :)

What would make the number pad section of the keyboard stop working in the owner/administrator settings and yet, still work for someone elses settings?

I have another tech question for you, Mike. My computer has been hijacked by a file called wmiprvse.exe. This is a diabolical creation of an evil mind. It hogs up to 90% of my system resources on a regular basis and cannot be disabled like a normal process - it just pops up immediately and repeatedly. Can you tell me, and anyone else who is afflicted with this nasty malady how to get rid of it? It’s enough to make me seriously consider becoming a Red Hatter.
Hi mike, some for an interview:
What is your opinion about WGA, DRM and similar concepts?
How do you feel about the prosects of Open Source, Linux in particular for the Desktop?
Any opinions on Vista, or future Operating Systems after that?
