Power plate is a nice machine but out of most peoples price range. My Vibraslim is a great machine and the price was right! I’m telling you this is the workout that everybody loves! All of my friends once they got on my machine, wanted one.

Vibrators is not an alternative for work out. This will certainly help to shed the body fat fast but for keeping you fit work outs are important

money and I’m glad I did. There are alot of bad machines out there so do your research first. Many are cheap machines

masquerading as good ones and being sold by scammers. Buy from a legitimate company and stay away from the multi level
